1. General

These terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders, and agreements made with Fique Wines B.V., located at Keizersgracht 174, 1016 DW Amsterdam, The Netherlands (Chamber of Commerce no. 80963986). By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Products & Customers

Fique sells rosé and serves both consumers and businesses internationally.

3. Orders & Payment

Orders are confirmed via email. Once confirmed, they are considered final. Payments are made on invoice.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We ship internationally. Shipping methods, carriers, and delivery times may vary and are subject to availability and location. Any associated shipping costs will be communicated during the ordering process or upon request.

5. Returns & Right of Withdrawal

You may return unopened bottles within 30 days of receipt. Opened products cannot be returned for hygiene and quality reasons. Return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense.
